Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund should you cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking. Refunds for cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your reservation will be at the sole discretion of the restaurant.
VIP BOX:
Kindly note we require a per head deposit to secure the VIP box. This amount will be deducted from your bill after the meal. Please be aware that all bookings remain tentative until the deposit has been paid. If the deposit has not been paid 48 hours (2 days) before the reservation, the table will, unfortunately, be given away.
Deposit Policy: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation or request to move a booking, less than 24 hours prior to a reservation, and are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other Chefs Warehouses.
