Crafted in Stanford, Western Cape from Jersey cow’s milk (pasteurised). A speciality white mould cheese delicately sprinkled with ash, offering a creamy, earthy finish.

Belnori – St Francis of Assisi
A handcrafted blend of 50% goat’s milk and 50% Jersey cow’s milk. This mould-ripened cream cheese is encased in ash, with subtle layers of ash running through it. Creamy, indulgent, and delicately mushroomed in flavour.

Langbaken – Stout Williston
A semi-hard raw milk cheese, carefully washed in Langbaken’s own craft stout beer. Rich, malty undertones with a distinctive depth.
