*Farm Fresh Sourdough Bread & Cultured butter.

*Selection of our Estate Cheese:

1.Caprese Salad with our Garda Artisan Fior di Latte.

2.Grilled Halloumi Fingers with fresh lemon.

3.Garda Artisan whipped feta & roast seasonable vegetables.

MAIN COURSE

*Free Range Lamb Ragu with home rolled pasta.

*Vegetarian ravioli with burnt butter & sage.

*“Ouland Valley Cake” consisting of layers of fluffy choux pastry and a thick decadent filling of creme mousseline.
